Select Utilities

Select login

Look for "HPS Secure"

Delete this record by right clicking and selecting Delete

Now that you have deleted this recored the dialog box should pop up again.

Now print a document with HPS Secure

At the dialog box please type your Google username.

For example if your name is "John Doe" your user name is "jdoe"

Then for your password you will type your Google Password.

If you do not know your password please submit a ticket here.
