If Aspen fails to load when you attempt to open it, there are simple steps to swiftly resolve this issue. 

 

Closing Chrome Completely:

 

  • Go down to your dock   
  • Right click on Chrome

 

    

 

  • Click "Quit"
  • Reopen Chrome and try Aspen 

 


 

Clearing Chrome Data:

1. Access Chrome Settings:

  • Open Google Chrome on your computer.
  • Click on the three-dot menu icon in the top-right corner of the browser window.

2. Access "Settings":

  • From the dropdown menu, select "Settings."

3. Navigate to "Privacy and Security":

  • On the left-hand side menu, click on "Privacy and security."

4. Clear Browsing Data:

  • Under the "Privacy and security" section, click on "Clear browsing data."

5. Choose Data to Clear:

  • A new window will appear with options to select the data you want to clear.
  • Choose the time range for which you want to clear data: "Last hour," "Last 24 hours," "Last 7 days," "Last 4 weeks," or "All time."

6. Select Data Types:

  • Check the boxes for the types of data you want to clear. These typically include:
    • Browsing history
    • Cookies and other site data
    • Cached images and files

7. Additional Options (Optional):

  • You might find additional options like clearing download history, passwords, autofill form data, etc. Select as needed.

8. Click "Clear Data":

  • Once you've chosen the data types to clear, click on the "Clear data" button
