If Aspen fails to load when you attempt to open it, there are simple steps to swiftly resolve this issue.
Closing Chrome Completely:
- Go down to your dock
- Right click on Chrome
- Click "Quit"
- Reopen Chrome and try Aspen
Clearing Chrome Data:
1. Access Chrome Settings:
- Open Google Chrome on your computer.
- Click on the three-dot menu icon in the top-right corner of the browser window.
2. Access "Settings":
- From the dropdown menu, select "Settings."
3. Navigate to "Privacy and Security":
- On the left-hand side menu, click on "Privacy and security."
4. Clear Browsing Data:
- Under the "Privacy and security" section, click on "Clear browsing data."
5. Choose Data to Clear:
- A new window will appear with options to select the data you want to clear.
- Choose the time range for which you want to clear data: "Last hour," "Last 24 hours," "Last 7 days," "Last 4 weeks," or "All time."
6. Select Data Types:
